Three different blogs, three different opinions

Cookie and Kate

Cookie and Kate blog, it's hard to figure out what you will eat for lunch or dinner and want the most nutrients out of the meal without putting too much of one of the other. Or maybe try something new or find new recipes for the children for them to try. This blog gets ingredients from the farmers' market while it's the best choice for the most nutrients. Some of us can't afford farmer's markets. And different months have different recipes; most have more dessert ideas than healthy food ideas. In the blog, Cookie and Kate is organized titles of the month, for example, What to cook this September. Along with different recipes, one dessert, salad, and a meal. The format is personal, and this blog is more direct to moms with kids who are finding ways to make children eat. This blog relieves a lot of mothers or anyone without having to think about what to eat to. Food are great they always give new ideas and if you see something you like the recipe is there as well.
